IT Workshop Leader.  UTC English Department, Fall 2008 – Spring 2009.

Created e-tutorials and led instructional sessions for composition teachers for various topics including:  implementation of e-portfolios in the composition classroom, effective document management in the digital classroom, integration of MyCompLab software, utilization of Blackboard for assessment, and the creation of simple web pages.

IT Consultant.  UTC Lupton Library, Fall 2006 – Spring 2009.

Designed and implemented a grant-funded podcasting program to improve reference instruction.  Assisted reference faculty in the creation of instructional movies and flash video files.  Coordinated with other members of the IT team to distribute podcasts via the library website and through the iPod distribution system.  Created the library “commercial” for USTU101 (University Life) and coordinated the distribution of media for podcasting via web 2.0 technologies.
